Heat-generating unit (HGU) – a highly efficient source of heat of a hydrodynamic principle of action, which is implemented by the continuously variable convertion of mechanical energy of the drive motor into heat of the workspace.

General technical characteristics, essence of invention

The warming of the liquid is carried out by forces of viscous friction, which eliminates the use of heating elements.

Benefits of using:

  • the application of an automatic control system;
  • can be installed in nongasified areas;
  • the absence of heat losses in the heating mains;
  • the possibility of stepless temperature control from 10 to 85 °C;
  • lack of heating elements and preliminary water treatment;
  • lack of emissions of combustion products;
  • transfer of a heat carrier during operation of the unit;
  • the ability to connect directly to the existing heating circuit;
  • accumulation of heat in the storage tank at night;
  • cost reduction of heating (40 – 60)%.
