The purpose of development is to reduce the duration of inpatient treatment of patients with fractures of the mandible. It can be used for metal osteosynthesis of the mandible fractures at the first and second stages of medical evacuation in combat conditions.

The design of the plates is featured by a reduced amount of metal and hydroxyapatite coating, which contributes to better healing of the fracture line.
